Step 2: Get Listed (For Approved Properties)
We’ll Guide You Through the Process
If your space is a match, we’ll send you a simple Listing Agreement to sign. Then, we’ll photograph your property (or you can upload your own photos) and add it to our searchable library.
No fees. No hidden costs. Just a small referral fee when a shoot is booked.

Step 3: Get Booked (For Everyone)
Connect with Producers & Directors
Once listed, your property will be visible to filmmakers actively seeking locations. When someone expresses interest, we’ll connect you directly — so you can negotiate terms, set rates, and schedule the shoot.
Most owners earn $1,500–$10,000 per day — depending on size, uniqueness, and project type.
For Property Owners: Listing your space is free. If a shoot is booked through our platform, we earn a small commission from the production team.
For Filmmakers: There’s no cost to browse or inquire. We provide vetted, film-friendly properties.
